Quentin Tarantino’s ONCE UPON A TIME IN HOLLYWOOD visits 1969 Los Angeles, where everything is changing, as TV star Rick Dalton (Leonardo DiCaprio) and his longtime stunt double Cliff Booth (Brad Pitt) make their way around an industry they hardly recognize anymore. The ninth film from the writer-director features a large ensemble cast and multiple storylines in a tribute to the final moments of Hollywood’s golden age.

  • Trailer: 10/10 Movie: 5/10 Just being honest. Only thing that kept this movie somewhat interesting were the actors (and the last 15 mins ;) but apart from that very meh. Tarantino is or at least "was" capable of more.

  • My new favourite movie

  • I just watched this movie. Sorry for saying that but it was a complete disapointment. Three yours of nothing. But yeah, since it was Tarantino who wrote it we all must agree it's a brillant movie right

  • Great characters, great final act, but I gotta be honest way too slow for my taste; this is the first film I've seen where the inciting incident occurs 10 minutes before the movie ends

  • Trash film, expected better from Tarantino...

  • watched this movie and wanted to move to Hollywood, Tarantino does it again!

  • This movie isn't has been, the best of the year and so far

  • What a BORRING S#%@*&#, ...I left the cinema after about 90 minutes of the movie.

  • This is probably going to be the best movie i saw this summer

  • Très mauvais film , très déçue 👎

  • Disappointing.....

  • Worst film I have ever seen in my life.

  • This is the worst movie I have seen in a long time. Hollywood is so entranced with Tarantino, that no one dares to be honest. Somebody please scream, "Emperor, you have no clothes on".

  • Where can I watch this movie?

  • Have u noticed the bruce lee

  • I'm back from my second viewing... It is even beter then you think. 10/10, .

  • the last scene I was in pure terror that something was going to happen to Brandy

  • I really don't know why this reminds me of GTA V

  • Just watched it. Probably THE WORST FUCKING MOVIE I SAW THIS YEAR!!! Boring plotless crap!

  • EPIC

  • Should i watch this movie on my date or the lion king?

    • This one will certainly give the two of you more to talk about afterwards.

    • If you're a child or think like one, which sounds insulting but I don't mean it to be go see The Lion King. If you prefer deeper, more mature, meaningful films that make you think and engage go see Once Upon a Time. It's fantastic. But too many people go to see it expecting it to be an action film or spell everything out for them and so of course they don't enjoy it.

    • Definitely see this.

    • @Average_User Average user, average mindset, average taste.

    • I haven't seen the lion king, but nothing can be worse and more boring than this Tarantino film. I regret every minute.

  • great acting, scenario and production and such a horrible movie, i hated it from start to finish, give my 5 euros back!

    • totally agree, it's a boring piece of crap

    • Not enough sposions for you ?

  • such a great movie, saw it yesterday

  • Mr Pitt just gets sexier with age.....

  • Amazing movie!!!! Those bastards, who don´t like it - I pitty them :D

  • 0:24 leo looked like david morrissey when he was in walking dead

    • It's the back of his head

  • 1:35 : Does anyone didn't notice that these camera don't exist in 1970' ????

    • This film takes place in the 60's. It was digitally removed from the film.

  • If you are an uncultured swine, this move will go straight over your head and confuse the f*ck out of you resulting in you sifting through Wikipedia for an hour looking up Sharon Tate and the Manson Family.

    • Even if you're cultured you should still look it up on Wikipedia. It's a wealth of information on this film.

    • LOL. 'Uncultured swine'. Pithy and apt. :-)

  • Watched yesterday. Still thinking about the movie. Awesome !

  • Wow one of his finest films yet Outstanding It had everything, drama the best dialogue fight scenes . Hell it even had Nazis

  • The movie business has to stack the line-up these days.

  • 0:40 The new meme of DiCaprio

  • Omg al Pacino from scar face 😍

    • He was Scarface. But he's from The Godfather.

  • The best trailer EVER

  • and I want my scalps

  • fucking amazing movie

  • I saw this when it came out, thought it was “meh”. Last night I went and saw Hobbs & Shaw. I started to fall asleep 😴 about 25 minutes in, I switched theatre and watched this movie again ... I loved it! It’s a great film 🥰

  • What if the 10th film is a video game😲

  • *Quentin really really hates those Nazi Bastards.......just loves killing the pricks*

  • A great movie! without the current trend of pandering to the feminist fatties.

  • This movie is a watch. I recommend.

  • Sorry, słaby.

  • Sneaking in a Roman Polanski cameo would have been epic.

  • if you have a thing for smoking cigarettes you'll love this movie

  • people keep talking about Brad, Leo and Al but no one mentions Timothy Olyphant. It's a travesty how underrated that guy is as an actor.

    • How about Dakota Fanning? Talk about underrated.

    • Lost Little Lion finally! Someone fucking says what i have been thinking for fucking years, thank you!

  • can anyone tell me the name of the song at the start of this trailer? 0:00

  • Why have I only heard about this now ?

  • I just watched this movie. A complete waste of cast and time.

    • No. They did it because they got to play such complex characters. Just because you didn't get it, doesn't mean they were wasted on it.

  • Great movie ❤

  • Rip Luke Perry

  • Me and my father were bursting out with laughter at the last 35 minutes of the film.

  • Once upon a time.... a bad movie in Hollywood

BRAVO

  • Bad film. Really bad. And I never say that about a Tarantino movie, ever. He is a brilliant writer and director, but he fell massively short on this one. This film is jumpy, goes back and forth constantly - making the viewer confused about where you are in the story. It's largely plotless, nothing really has a point or reason. There are long nonsensical conversations that culminate in nothing (when Tarantino previously did this, it would lead to something in future, there was a reason for everything). The ending is over the top and ridiculous, seemingly for the sake of it - again, with no purpose (Tarantino is usually over the top and ridiculous, with a comedic take on things - he's essentially a comedy writer, but the ending feels like he's trying to achieve this vibe but without the creative ties at the end). Look, maybe I misunderstood it, or went in with a pre conceived idea. Maybe I didn't pay enough attention, or maybe I didn't pick up on Tarantino's references. But I found this movie a waste, and was very surprised with how cliche it was (by cliche I don't mean the obviously intentional cliche, I meant the way in things were presented), it felt more like someone imitating Tarantino as opposed to the man himself. I enjoyed the different style in this film, and appreciated what he appeared to be aiming to do - but this is the first of all of Tarantino's films I really did not enjoy, and in fact wanted to leave the cinema I was so bored. I would suppose that he's right - all directors lose it after a certain amount of films. Maybe he has.

    • Yep. You completely misunderstood it.

    • I think you're right....you misunderstood it.

Oh yes amazing enjoy enjoy and you know what enjot it wow quesqu'ils sont bons acteurs. Amazing merci i ve really enjoy The Film tks

  • It’s not as bad as some of the comment ravers are making this film out to be. I do think half an hour could of easily been cut from this like the third half but I wish Tarantino dived into the Manson murders abit more but hey.. not a rewatch for me

    • If he'd delved into the Manson Murders more he would have been accused of glorifying them. I think the route he chose was the most respectful.

  • How is this his 9th movie? Surely there are far more?

    • @Sebastian Grindborg. He didn't direct four rooms. He directed the man from Hollywood. And he doesn't include his short films. Only features.

    • Richard Bond i think he’s only including the ones he has both written and directed plus kill Bill is seen as one movie and four rooms is not included and then this becomes his 9th movie

  • Leonardo DiCaprio is one of the few who have the star power to make Brad Pitt his stunt double.

  • I can score it with 2/10 didn’t like it, could be better coz the time line of the story take to loooong to be understood and the end is wide open

    • @shorooq bander As I said, it is not a movie for everyone so it is normal for a viewer outside american culture to find it plotless, because it really doesn't have a plot on it's own. The trick is that the murders that were supposed to (but didn't) happen are known to everyone in America and the movie had a plot on it's own, it is the twist on that plot that really makes the movie even greater. Otherwise I'd still not give it less than 5 simply because the cinematography and the acting was supreme, compared with the soundtrack. As Tarantino said - it is a movie about 1969's Hollywood and if you have no knowledge of it there is little chance to enjoy it. It's like watching chess without knowing the rules.

    • Hristiyan Hristov 🤔 yah that’s for sure, I don’t have enough knowledge about ( hollywood at 60 ) or the story behind the message he want it to be delivered. That’s the reason I scored it with 2/10. It was boring to me 🤷🏻‍♀️

    • Nothing wide open about the ending. Pretty obvious ending, you just don't have pop culture knowledge. Not that you have to have one, but for this film it's 101% necessary.

  • a huge disapointment,worst movie i have ever seen

  • I have foot fetish now after watching the movie.

  • LOVE!

  • The ending. Holy sht I did not see that ending coming. Glad I resisted spoilers. Go watch it.

    • Yep, was perfection...I was thinking it can't end like this...and then he made it end this. Perfectly...love it!

  • such a crap movie from torontino!!!!

    • It was filmed in the LA area. Not Toronto.

  • RIP LEONARDO DICAPRIO 😞

  • There are lots of '60s chix on this movie. ✌💕

    • Yeah..Joey Heatherton talking to Steve McQueen

  • Starting to think Paccino is really the devil, the guy dosn't age.

    • Yes he does. Watch the Godafather. Then Scarface. Then this.

  • LOVED THE 60'S VIBE BUT KINDA DRAGGED ...STILL KEPT MY ATTENTION THOUGH BUT THERE WAS AN OBVIOUS .. OVER KILL OF THE F BOMBS

  • Where is my daily cocaine?

  • The might invest in a flame thrower after seeing this movie 👌😎

  • Best film I’ve ever seen
